Supervised access, authentication, and validation for documentation pertaining to current criminal investigations, fugitives, prisoners, and pending cases. Maintained all prisoner and fugitive files for wanted, arrested, and convicted persons, specifically reviewing warrants and commitment/release documentation for accuracy. Prepared statistical analysis for budget audit and monthly reporting. Accounted, reconciled and invoiced monthly statements for prisoner housing at local Intergovernmental Agreements (IGA). Processed witness vouchers for payment in compliance with federal guidelines. Developed and provided a training curriculum for state, local and federal law enforcement officers on the proper procedures related to the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act (IADA) .Participated in district audit ensuring adherence with USMS and DOJ policy and other federal laws and regulations. Developed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the USMS and the West Virginia Regional Jail Authority to ensure housing and medical needs of federal inmates within the district.
