Currently, I work as a Client Support professional at Real Time Technologies( RT²), where I leverage my background in customer service, team management, and problem-solving to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service. My ability to stay calm and focused under pressure has been key to my success, and in 2023, I was honored to be named Employee of the Year for my contributions to the team. Before RT², I gained invaluable experience in roles that required strong leadership and resilience. Whether it was managing a high-volume security checkpoint at TSA or adapting to the fast-paced demands of claims processing at Medcost, I’ve built a solid foundation in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Each role has shown me how our choices, both big and small, can have lasting effects — on ourselves, our teams, and our work.
