Area Office Administrator: Responsible for managing multiple mall locations regarding accounts receivables, accounts payables, obtaining tenant monthly sales reports, tracking for daily traffic regarding mall attendance. Worked with tenants as well as upper management/owners to obtain missing or previous data needed to close end of year financials. Responsible for processing of gift card sales and reporting as well as weekly detailed inventory to corporate liaison. Assisted marketing team with company events, including but not limited to set up/tear down, customer interaction, promotions, etc. This position also became the “hub” for all guest services/issues in the mall. Two brand new systems were rolled out company wide. I quickly became a companywide point-of-contact for both applications simultaneously. Trained veteran employees on new systems. Assisted with rollout of new application out to tenants for sales reporting, urgent maintenance requests, emergency information, etc. Worked with individuals to obtain permissions and understanding of what new app could do.
