Coordinate with federal, state, & Tribal environmental agencies to work on Natural Resource Damage Assessment and Restoration (NRDAR) activities at Tar Creek Superfund Site area. Tribal representative to EPA Region 6 Tribal Operations Committee (RTOC).

Direct the daily operations and management of the program. Develop and enforce Housing Authority policies and procedures. Develop and maintain program budget to comply with federal guidelines. Serve as bookkeeper for the Housing Authority (payroll, accounts payable and receivable). Manage existing grants, as well as, identify and write grants necessary to fund the program. Coordinate with federal, state, & Tribal housing organizations.

Duties also include grant writing and preparation. Create and interpret GIS data & maps. Coordinate with federal, state, & Tribal environmental organizations to work toward the remediation of Tar Creek Superfund Site. Perform water quality monitoring. In the absence of the Director, oversee the daily operations and management of the program.
