QTC is contracted through the VA, we see only Veterans and perform examinations for the VA. We performtesting such as dopplers, ekgs, phlebotomy, pulmonary function tests, and vitals. We rotate positions every 3months so we get to do a little of everything. I have gained experience in Scribing and we have to use quite afew different computer programs to correlate with the VA. I have also done some traveling thru the companyfor instance I went to San Antonio for 2 weeks to help with the scheduling back log.

Check in patients, injections, lab draws, assist Dr. in office procedure, nurse calls, ekgs, x Rays, pull chartsfor faxes, referrals, immunizations, PFT's, stocking supplies, and assisting in paps.

Push discharged patients in wheelchairs, vitals, post op care, assisting the RN's, ekgs, answering phones,prepping charts, stock rooms, helping patients to bathroom, front office duties, making surgery charts for thenext day, organizing surgery charts, pre op clinic vitals, EKG's, calling for orders, and ordering from nutritionfor after surgery care.
