This internship experience with Singapore Business Federation was an enjoyable and rewarding one. In my role as a Market Research Intern, I took on the following roles:- Pioneered an Economy Tracker platform that comprises of various forms of economy data such as growth in GDP, employment rates and domestic exports which enables the Research department to have easier access to relevant information required; - Conducted Focus Group Discussions about their successful digitalisation and internationalisation strategies with SMEs across various industries including the shipping industry and the tech industry; - Completed a Case Study on Yappy Pets, a local firm that has managed to successfully digitalise and internationalise, which has been published on SBF's Website; - Initiated an eDM for SBF's partners that consists of economic data and data analyses that will be helpful for the companies in Singapore looking to thrive amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.This internship has exposed me to a new field of Marketing - Market Research. In spite of the Heightened Alert Restrictions, I gained a lot of experience having to Work-From-Home over the duration of my internship. I also picked up the initiative to actively seek guidance and feedback from my supervisors.

My internship experience with Recruit Legal was extremely fruitful and fulfilling. Some of the key roles that I took on within the firm: - Business Development with Clients from various industries - Engaging with experienced professionals within the law industry- Internal Recruitment for the Recruit Legal team where I conducted the initial screening interviews for applicants and hired 4 interns to join the team - Pioneered and conducted campus engagement workshops and activities for the team, while working with external stakeholders including the local universities - Managed the social media accounts of the firm This internship gave me a greater insight into the Recruitment Consulting industry and I'm extremely grateful to have taken it up.

Functioned as an Education Resource intern for the youth arm of Hope Church Singapore. My key responsibilities included: - Drafting a holistic education resources for youth development and growth- Developed a global leaders' resource network for youth ministries
