I was hired to be the executive assistant for the President. My job duties included assisting the President with daily meeting prep and reminders, scheduling meetings, acting as liaison for the CEO, logging his billable hours, arranging travel and accommodations, tracking spending budgets and expenses, billing (accounts receivable/payable), working on marketing tasks with business managers, handling content plug ins on websites for clients, assisting clients with any issues, working among several software platforms to work on client projects, working with FB and Google Ads and data analytics for clients, working on SEO for clients, house keeping around the office, keeping track of inventory with office supplies, running errands for the office, etc.
