• Accident Report Forms • Claims Statistics • Claims Administration Support – first point of contact • Third Party Proactive – bringing costs to a minimum, acting fast on liability decisions and ensuring TP’s use LUB preferred contractors for repairs and hire • CCTV Duties • Presentations – preparing, delivering and presenting statistics to the APM’s, Management Board and Board of Directors in quarterly meetings as and when required • Excellent working relationships with LUB’s stakeholders including contractors, claims handlers, solicitors and Accident Management Company • Event Management - ensuring accurate and timely information provided to the board of directors in the event of major incident • Recoveries – arranging successful recovery of costs from TP/TP reps in event of TP liability. Monitoring progress on going basis through use of statistics on amounts recovered or outstanding • Informing the management board on weekly financial reserves and movements and providing accurate monthly statistics to the board of directors. Administering MOJ’s, Claim Forms, Pre Lim’s and Defences, ensuring all are processed in a timely fashion.
