• Manage the North America P&L budget as well as a detailed monthly rolling forecast for 3 markets totaling more than $1 billion in revenue.• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements (actuals and forecasts) and reporting, including preparing variance explanations.• Partner with key business leaders by providing them with analytical support and key performance indicators, including preparing ROI analysis to determine whether a business decision will be profitable or not.• Analyze the company’s products and service margins per product line and customer• Created consistency in department by standardizing market reporting templates, enabling the team to have coherent variance discussions and improving efficiency in our reporting.• Enhance and refine board and investor reporting packs while also maintaining consistency with requested ad hoc projects. • Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and Sales Teams in order to effectively manage S&OP process enabling alignment and synchronization in the organization.

• Analyze and review of specific accounts in monthly actuals and forecast reporting in addition to overall review of results. Key liaison with global reporting entities. Prepare eliminating and other consolidating entries.• Assisted in the company's successful IPO filing by serving as key coordinator / POC for the external auditors and executing on key deliverables required for the IPO filing.• Review of key monthly reports at a Group and segmental level for executive management, including sales, EBITDA, EPS and operating cash flow bridges.• Assist with ad-hoc information requests and analysis (global impairment testing, debt offering, acquisitions, etc). Review of and assistance with the preparation of monthly executive management finance reports and quarterly and annual SEC filings.

Responsibilities include ensuring successful completion of assigned audit engagements, from start to finish, inclusive of preplanningand wrap up activities. Managing and directing daily activities of staff auditors. Maintaining communications with client. Applies risk and control concepts to scenarios encountered and identifies any potential issues. Communicates identified issues with Senior Management to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Lead audit projects such as S-8 Registrations, Interim Reviews, and Year End audits among others.
