Benefits Administrator- Orient new employees in the US about their benefits - Answer questions regarding benefits for US, Mexico, Singapore & Japan - Draft communication to update employees on benefit changes/general information- Manage benefits invoices- Create & maintain leave of absence schedules for US, Mexico, Singapore, Japan and Australia. This includes communication to payroll, pamphlets to employees going on LOA, and completing government paperwork- Administering Open Enrollment which includes participation in the discussion of plans for next year, communication, and managing open enrollment for US and Mexico- Plan and implement US health fairs in all locations 401k Administrator- Day-to-day administration tasks, including answering questions and signing paperwork- Manage the annual 401k compliance/discrimination testing audit- Implement auto-enrollment feature for all new and current employeesCompliance- Maintain Emtrain preventing harassment training for all employees in US- Managed annual deliverables for SOC2 Compliance Audits- Maintain important government required posters for each office in US (CA, NY, TX)- Generate Organization Charts using Insperity OrgPlus SoftwareImplementation of Systems- Implementing Emtrain for Preventing Harassment Training in the US- Implementing Jobvites new onboarding tool to better onboard new employees- Implement Plansource, a portal for all benefits changes, enrollment, and information needs- Create onboarding/offboarding process for current and previous contractors- Create a means of tracking all contractors with numbers and required information to comply to SOC2 regulationsImmigration- Coordination of H1B Transfers, initiation, follow up and all compliant tracking- Visa management
