With more than seven years of work experience working primarily in the international development sector, I have developed competencies in innovative financing mechanisms, performance management/MEAL, data analysis, communication, project management, and stakeholder management. I have executed projects in various sectors, such as forced displacement, health systems strengthening, community health, agriculture and rural development, and gender equality and women's empowerment. I have worked with Governments (e.g., the Government of Uganda and the Government of Ethiopia), Foundations (e.g., Hilton Foundation), and bi- and multi-lateral organizations (e.g., MCC, USAID DIV, and the Global Fund) to strengthen systems (e.g., MEAL systems) and design and implement innovative financing mechanisms, such as Results-Based Finance, that align incentives, improve accountability, and enhance outcomes. I have also contributed to business development efforts, preparing proposals, budgets, and presentations. My mission is to use evidence and innovation to create positive social change.I have a Master of Science in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics, where I focused on Applied Econometrics and Macro and Micro Economics.
