Tabitha began her IT career over 10 years ago where she was introduced to networking and discovered a love for supporting technology. She was responsible for configuring Cisco/Adtran routers in addition to processing hi-capacity telco orders. Tabitha has a knack for “figuring it out” and is the go-to on many tasks or projects. At one point in her career, a CMTS unit was dropped on her desk and was told she had a few weeks to figure it out before we launched Cable, Phone, and Internet to a new facility. Tabitha works well under pressure and this was no exception as she put in long hours and worked closely with the vendors and technicians to successfully deploy all three services on-time. In May of 2012, she was hired as a Help Desk Analyst for the Oregon State Police where she provided support in a complex desktop and mobile environment including over 600 mobile data terminals (MDT) and approximately 1,000 PC’s and approximately 1,000 cellular devices.Tabitha is a quick learner and a team player, she was called “A MACHINE” by her peers and recognized by the CIO for productivity: “This is outstanding work.
