Create short reports and large scale analyses for internal departments and external clients. Analyze and process data from 3rd parties or collected in network based on information from over 300(+) Credit Unions. Proficient in using and creating custom queries the CU*Base Program used by credit unions across the country. Streamlined processes for departments to increase efficiency. Refreshed current services to be more up to date and user friendly. Training co-workers and clients with the Data Facts program informing them about their businesses, Excel, and other internal CU*Base programs. Work with confidential data daily and complete monthly processing.

All duties pertaining to the collection, processing, and submission of the state funded 8003(b) Impact Aid grant, including but not limited to; counting surveys, liaison with Washington D.C. DoD department, preparing information and data for processing, documenting processes, and preparation for federal audit requests. Took the initiative to research and complete an additional grant that added over $100,000 of unrestricted funding to the school district.

Office duties and tasks: Schedule management, meeting set up, event planning and coordination, bookkeeping and financial management duties, documenting credited hours for teachers licensure, making copies, establishing spreadsheets, training coworkers in Excel, process reorganization, inventory, filing, presentations, creating and managing teacher and tutor contracts, and reorganized and streamlined the ESL program.
