I was an Independent Distributor for Sara Lee Baking Company /BIMBO Bakeries. I was a Master Distributor over both the Atmore and Monroeville Al territories where I oversaw the employment of four employees. On staff I employed two delivery drivers and two merchandisers who were employed the duration my company operated. In this business I single handedly along with my dedicated staff advanced the revenue by about $14,000 between the two routes opening doors for both expansion in territory and in opportunity for private label sales by providing superior time management and exceptional interpersonal/business communication skills

Family owned and operated our business mainly deals in personal lawn contracts as well as some upper level contracts when needed. I oversaw a crew of 5 or more workmen as well as materials needed and machinery. I also assisted with public relations being involved with making arrangements and set up of 5 contracts through Walmart in the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area.

Working with Walmart I started as a cashier and worked my way up the ladder. As a cashier I dealt with customers on a daily basis assisting with any needs and customer service. I am trained in handling transactions including, but not limited to, money transfers, bill payments, returns, and credit/debit transactions. In turn for my dedication and top of the line customer service skills I was promoted to a Customer Service Manager where I would manage 6- 13 cashiers at a time. After a few years in that position I was offered an Inventory Management Specialist position which also required the oversee of a crew of 6-8 workers and the use of a handheld computer system for managing day to day duties of my employees which assisted them with binning, tagging, labeling, and overall inventory tracking for Walmart.
