• Lead all staffing processes; recruiting, interviewing and new hire orientation; facilitated on-boarding and process daily terminations• Developed and implemented New Orientation and On-boarding program• Analyze, interpret, develop, and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures as appropriate• Initiate and manage implementation of various initiatives in support of HR strategic plan for talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, leadership development and corporate responsibility• Understand turnover and create and driving effective retention action plan and rewards program.• Promote positive employee relations through survey management, monthly roundtable facilitation and employee recognition projects• Assists in maintaining of all HR system data tables, structures, files, security• Ensures compliance with legal requirements and all types of compensation and benefits programs• Liaisons between outside vendors, HR and internal clients to develop and interpret data• Partners with functional leaders and HR leaders across organization to help integrate diversity & inclusion strategies and programs into our people and business processes
