Tabitha qualified in 2001. She has worked for a number of  niche personal injury firms such as where she has acted for clients with serious injuries from motorcycle accidents, clinical negligence and violent assault. Tabitha has specialist experience in dealing with accidents that occur abroad and where jurisdiction can be a complex issue.Her logical, efficient and empathetic approach has helped her build a close relationship with her clients making the difficult legal process easier to cope with. Since joining Lyons Davidson in 2011 Tabitha has continued  to develop her work on behalf of victims of crime, abuse and neglect alongside her clinical negligence work. She works on behalf of clients in relation to birth injuries, injuries following surgery and delay in diagnosis. She also supervises a team of solicitors and paralegals.
