Tabitha Runyora has fifteen (15) years of professional experience in Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation using quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform business and development. A graduate in statistics; Tabitha is a qualified environmental, development and financial analyst. She has held positions with a financial services company and five donor funded development programs. She has demonstrated experience in managing USAID standard M&E tools and methodologies and spearheaded all performance and impact evaluations for the five donor funded development programs. Since 2007, as a member of the National Technical Data Committee she has focused on the monitoring of Kenya’s national horticultural production and exports and was a key member of the data validation team reviewing horticultural statistics since 2006. Tabitha has developed a high reputation in the industry for providing reliable and detailed figures on horticulture at short notice in response to requests from the donors, National Task Force and trade associations. Since 2016, Tabitha joined ACDI/VOCA to spearhead the monitoring and evaluation activities of the USAID's funded Feed the Future-Resilience for Economic Growth in Arid Lands- Accelerated Growth as the MERL Coordinator, a position which earned her a Director position for the recently awarded USAID's Feed the Future Kenya Livestock Markets System Activity as the Director for Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Learning.
