As the Infectious Disease and Immunology (IDI) Account Executive I am responsible for helping to protect existing and closing new business in HIV, hepatitis, infectious disease, auto immune and immunology testing accounts. Working in close cooperation with physician and hospital Account Executives to support the collaborative selling model by providing specialized subject matter expertise. Key call points are physicians who specialize in infectious disease, internal medicine, primary care, rheumatology, transplant medicine, and gastroenterology.

*Manage and grow a territory of over 100 physician account worth approximately $10 million.*Increased the profitability of existing accounts by analyzing profitability, product and service portfolios and communicating plans with customers and executing solutions.*Target and secure profitable new business. *Sell and educate physicians and staff on targeted specialty/esoteric testing products such as: HPV, H.Pylori UBIT device, Maternal Serum Screening, VAP, Glycomark, ImmunoCap Allergen Profiles.*Oversee all client account management aspects including: pricing negotiations, phlebotomy needs, connectivity, supplies and billing.*Resolve issues and institute problem resolution and prevention strategies.

•Manage and grow a territory of over 120 physician accounts worth approximately $11 million.•Quest Diagnostics, 12-week sales training program. Including: complex selling skills workshops, consultative selling strategies, Anatomic Pathology, OB/GYN, Urology, Gastrology, Diabetes, Endocrinology and Hematology.•Sell and educate physicians and staff on targeted specialty/esoteric testing products such as: HPV, H.Pylori UBIT device, Maternal Serum Screening, VAP, Glycomark, ImmunoCap Allergen Profiles.•Oversee all client account management aspects including: pricing negotiations, phlebotomy needs, connectivity, supplies and billing.•Resolve issues and institute problem resolution and prevention strategies.

•Managed customer relationships with a physician account territory of over 1,500 accounts worth approximately $6 million. •Assisted field account executives with information targeting new growth opportunities through prospective and current accounts.•Managed account inquires, set up new accounts and educate customers on all new products and services.•Oversee all client account management aspects including: pricing negotiation, phlebotomy needs, connectivity, supplies and billing.•Resolve issues and institute problem resolution and prevention strategies.
