About Tabitha Nguyen
I was a full time student at Western Michigan University. I graduated in August 2020. I've always been fascinated by the Accountancy department and have decided to major in Accountancy. I plan to look for a career that will allow me to grow personally and professionally in my new field.Work Ethic: At Little Caesars I had a time where I was selling more than 2 pizzas per minute for an hour. During this time, I remained calm and collected and helped lead my team to better serve our customers. In the middle of the busy hour we received a call from a customer who wanted 35 pizzas a.s.a.p. Even though we were extremely busy I picked up the pace and worked harder to deliver the order to the customer within 20 minutes. This demonstrates that I passionately perform any task to the best of my ability. Determination: An angry customer came into Little Caesars and swore up and down that there was something wrong with her products. I was determined to have this customer leave happy even though she had this negative experience. Apologizing, I offered to remake her products but she did not want to wait. I ensured her better quality and that I would personally make her pizza. She thought about it and finally agreed. I quickly remade her order. She told me she had never experienced as much concern for a customer as I demonstrated to her. She left happy and told me she would come back because I made it right for her. For every challenge I make sure I accomplish it in a timely manner with precision and accuracy.Loyalty: For 8 years I've respected Little Caesars culture and framework. I remain professional and work hard to keep our company’s promise to our customers. I show the company I am loyal to them by working my hardest every day. When there is something that changes I make sure to support that change and abide by their new guidelines.I am always looking to expand and strengthen my professional network.
