Responsible for training, coaching and metering 4 agents. Weekly one on on meeting’s with each agent, to ensure each agent in on target.Perform random audits on agents accounts to make sure follow ups and processes are done accurately. As well monthly audits given to Supervisor.Assist Supervisor with completing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.Answering incoming call center lines as well as direct calls. Answering customers and sales forces emails and faxes.Resolve escalated collections matters and or submit to Supervisor for external collections.Daily delinquency reports for the star on outstanding accounts. Updating systems with reports.Answering overflow calls from customer services, account inquiries, driver confirmations, accounts receivable, and general customer service needs.
