As a Testing and Data Coordinator at Charter School Associates (CSA), I oversee the implementation and coordination of testing and data activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and quality. I also provide data analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision making and instructional improvement for teachers and administrators.With a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Mathematics from Western Governors University, I have a unique blend of educational expertise and advanced knowledge in instructional methodologies and data analysis. I have leveraged these skills to contribute to the development and delivery of effective and engaging professional development programs for teachers and staff at CSA, as well as to design and implement innovative and differentiated instructional strategies and interventions for students. I have also demonstrated my leadership and collaboration skills by serving as an Instructional Coach for one year, mentoring and coaching teachers in best practices and curriculum alignment, and by leading multiple projects and initiatives to enhance the academic performance and outcome. I am passionate about improving the quality of education and empowering students and educators to achieve their full potential.
