At US Bank, I was given the opportunity to service customers with fraud claims, assist customers with payment plans, and find ways to retain customers that were considering their options. I was also able to assist in putting together some training guides for my colleagues, and was asked to give feedback on many different procedures. Before US Bank, I had the opportunity to work in several companies while I was studying for a secondary education degree. Feed the Children was my first call center experience, and I learned quite a few things during my time there. I called previous donors and attempted to secure one-time and recurring donations for the non-profit organization. I have worked in office settings, with tasks including filing, record keeping, cashiering, and receptionist duties. I have had quite a few experiences, which have all helped me develop in many different ways.
