When I began my career, I had a goal to make someone's day everyday. Although my roles have changed from the customer facing and clerical positions to internal customers and strategic goals, it is still true today! I have had the opportunity to learn from so many successful leaders and I am so grateful for the office experience I gained while serving in various capacities. My administrative support skills have evolved over the years through lessons that have taught me emotional intelligence and collaborative abilities. I have expanded in order to lead special projects and step into leadership roles. I love empowering people and developing them as leaders. My passion for helping others succeed has made me a go-to person in my organization for problem solving and support. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and also learning new things. Continuous improvement is in my genes as I always strive to achieve more and develop myself. Public speaking has been an exhilarating new adventure and discovering that community involvement is dear to my heart. I like following projects through to fruition and supporting the team through process changes. I am always eager for new opportunities and growth.
