While working as an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer I was given the opportunity to hone my skillset in documenting and working independently as well as part of a team. I excelled in learning the new software necessary to complete my job duties including Version One, SQL, Greenway Practice Software, Microsoft Test Manager, as well as Visual Studio. I was able to complete assignments within the time frame necessary as well as assist my peers when the need arose. As a QA member well versed in medical practices I was often utilized by the BA for our team when there were questions related to medical practice work flows as well as insurance requirements for certain features. I was also fortunate enough to begin course work for QA automation processes and learned how to use Brackets and Notepad ++ to code simple javascript and html programs and webpages.

I currently manage a team of thirty one employees who post payments, charges, work insurance and patient AR in my specialties which include pain management, orthopedics, and neurology. I also manage the relationship with over 28 practices totaling approximately 57 doctors.
