Peo Systems Analyst
> Report writing inclusive of Client Allocation and Informer Reports.> Assign user roles and security access within Prism which includes reviewing roles, creation of new user and/or roles, setting user parameters, inclusive of report center access.> Working with time clock systems inclusive of setup and client assistance.> Create imports and load data into Prism via Pay Data Import and Import Data Tools.> Troubleshoot issues with Prism Onboarding and setup workflows, forms as needed.> Troubleshoot system issues, opening CRC tickets if needed inclusive of work stoppage tickets.> Partner with other departments such as Benefits, Payroll, HR, and Executive Team to design, train, and implement process improvements, system enhancements, etc.> User Acceptance Testing inclusive of writing and initiating testing scripts in Prism to test new functionality or specific client needs.> Maintain system parameters and make changes/updates as required.> Review, document, and revamp process flows to increase productivity.> Monitor business continuity and provide information for client communications/updates.> Participate in year end activities.> Work in HRP/Citrix as needed including granting security access, running reports as needed, assisting with the sunsetting of HRP Reporting and availability of reports within Report Center.> Assist with client escalation resolutions such as extensive research, written reports, special payroll processing, PTO setup, non-standard client setup, etc.> Work directly with clients to determine process and system solutions that enhance their Prism success.
