I started my career as a treating Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2005. I fell in love with the geriatric population and serving my elders. I began my management journey in 2007 as Rehab Director and found a new passion in leadership. I began learning and growing in my management career and was promoted to Senior Rehab Director, Assistant Regional Manager, Regional Manager , and then Regional Director of Operations. I was also the leader of dementia management program including training staff and speaker on dementia care to decreasing behaviors and utilizing activities boxes.My passions are therapy, dementia care, fitness, wellness, social services, marketing, and leadership development. I believe that personnel and professional growth are ongoing and I am committed to becoming the best version of myself and being of service to others.
