CurrentAt Roots to Petals Wellness, I work with individuals who are healing from challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual disorders, and LGBTQ-related concerns. I also focus on the first responder population, corrections personnel, and returning citizens who experience unique stresses. Additionally, I concentrate on people of color and minority populations who may feel unseen in mainstream mental health services.My holistic, person-centered approach addresses mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I offer strategies for the issues life may present, integrating the healing power of nature, science, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I provide a safe inclusive space for clients to express themselves, achieve mental well-being, and develop coping mechanismI am dedicated to creating a warm, supportive environment for people of color, minority groups, and high-risk populations, prioritizing their well-being and providing empathetic guidance as they navigate their paths to wellness.
