Operate and oversee all recreational facilities and club activities by providing continuous direction to staff and ensuring maximum member and employee interaction and participation designed to increase revenues and customer satisfaction. Recreational facilities and programs include fitness, spa, pool, camps, youth and adult programming, childcare services, and Fun Specialists. • Design, develop and implement a childcare interactive program which provides educational, sports and entertainment which significantly increases revenue and client participation. • Add new or improve existing spa related services such as massages and facials and creates promotional activities that reportedly increase profits and customer satisfaction.• Provide and acquire services most requested by customers which improve service levels and exceeds financial objectives. • Promote member events, camps, tournaments and other recreational events to maximize member utilization of all programs.• Partner with other departments to ensure successful programming such as Food and Beverage, Gun Club, Equestrian, Golf, Tennis, and Fishing. • Supervise the beachfront operation, volleyball and baseball areas and coordinate with associated departments to maintain the aesthetics of the property. • Schedule and promote weekly recreational activities and provide information for the creation of promotional flyers regarding children’s activities and coordinate all special and seasonal events. • Plan, schedule and manage summer camps which includes leading a Camp Director and Counselors. • Recruit, hire, and train recreation staff including lifeguards, activity leaders, massage therapist, personal trainers.• Ensure that the administrative and records requirements accurate and complete according to policy including staff CPR, First Aid & AED certifications & training. • Maintain the entire facility through a proactive and close liaison with both the maintenance and housekeeping departments.
