Facilitate group meals and in-vivo exposure and response prevention of eating disorder behaviors, and document all meal plan completion percentages and eating disorder behaviors demonstrated at mealtimes. Monitor client vitals and discuss setbacks and progress with team and with clients, as well as constantly monitoring for appropriateness of this level of care and any need to move to a higher or lower level of care. Coordinate with outside collaborators such as medical providers, family members, and schools to ensure patient success and prevent relapse and that they would have outside providers by the time of discharge. Conduct individual and family sessions with patients to address family role in supporting eating disorder recovery among minor clients and activate support systems, and to allow patients to process their successes and failures throughout treatment.
