I was a supervisor with our legal advertising department at The Arizona Republic. I worked with The Arizona Republic for 20 years with experience in legal advertising, customer service, administrative assistant, and an area office clerk. My current role includes placing legal adverting publications for The State of Arizona, Maricopa County, many different Cities throughout the State of Arizona, as well as lawyers, and others who do publications on their own. I have worked in our legal advertising department for the last 14 years, and led our team for the past three years. I have surpassed many revenue goals that have been put before me. Legal advertisements are legally required notices, we are not considered a sales team as commissions are not given for these types of notices. However, I have implemented ways to increase our weekly notice intake. With that our goals have been met or surpassed each month. Colleagues know me as someone who loves a challenge, who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. There are many different legally requirements with all of our notices. We have many clients who come to us frustrated and we are their last resort. I will do hours of research to help our clients. I have a Master of Science in Administration of Justice and Security that was received from The University of Phoenix. My undergrad was received from Everest College in Criminal Justice.
