Ensure that documents are saved and filed into the appropriate workspaces/folders in iManage and paper file.•Maintain the daily calendar of each attorney including, but not limited to, scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.•Maintain updated correspondence and pleadings files. Handle personally or oversee a records clerk as to filing, indexing, and creating sub-files. •Maintain a master file list; update the list as new files or matters are opened. Maintain a master physical file location list. •Open/close files and assist with conflicts checks. •Input attorneys timesheets and assist with regular billing matters. •Request reimbursement for attorneys and clients through ChromeRiver.•Prepare monthly client invoicing with billing department.•Monitor CLE needs of supported attorneys and assist with bar admissions, etc. as needed.•Manage travel including flights, hotels, transportation, reservations as needed.•Good working rapport with clients using discretion and judgment.
