• Maintained $335 million of Plan assets will managing incoming money and Plan record keeping.• Efficiently reply to Plan Administrator inquiries regarding Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans.• Research and resolve problems and concerns of Plan Administrators.• Facilitates all employee records of the Plans while ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.• Instrumental in creating and maintaining the Intranet website that provides current information to all internal and external associates.• Co-created a database to assist other associates to help automate Plan contributions.• Responsible for maintaining the team calendar/events and side projects such as decorating, team celebrations and food days.
