Worked on Maleficent.Took over the role of the VFX Coordinator for the remaining month of the show. Coordinated with the Clients for uploads as well as downloads. Making sure the tracking document was updated with this information. As well coordinated with MPC for the shots and elements that we shared between the companies.Updated Shotgun with the latest information from the clients.Was responsible for organizing the calls between DD and the Clients, to review work.

Worked on Fast 7 and X-Men: Days of Future Past. Responsible for calendar and meeting bookings. For both show's I made magnets for tracking the shots for the schedule.Helped set up the theater dailies sessions and anything else the production team needed.

Worked on Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2.Responsible for ordering the overtime meals for the whole crew on the show.Went on Costco runs to make sure we had enough food/snacks for the crew. Handled the petty cash fund for the show. Organized parties for the crew when we would hit milestones on the show. Helped set up the theater dailies sessions and anything else the production team needed.

Assisted the full time facility assistants while they were each taking a first aid class. Cleaned the kitchen, stocked the kitchen and supplies cabinets. Dealt with the deliveries coming to the company.

Worked as a Sales Associate, Fitting Room Attendant and Cashier. After being at the company for a few years I moved into Visual Merchandising and Stock Attendant. Worked on the window displays, floor displays and replenished the merchandise. Un-packed the new packages brought to the store, and tracked the packages making sure we got all the merchandise.

Wholesale Sales Representative for Bench Kids for all of Western Canada. Went to Trade Shows in Saskatoon and Edmonton to present samples to the Buyers. Worked with the Buyers to help them order the clothing for their stores for the spring/summer or fall/winter season.Responsible for tracking the orders to the customers, handling customer service if something were to go wrong.
