Current• National onboarding of 500+ hub managers and photographers each year including: creating offer letters, evaluating background checks, completing I-9’s, ADP hire paperwork, and additional state compliance requirements. • Operations team recruitment and onboarding while preparing materials for upcoming JPIX season.• Continuously evaluating and improving onboarding and recruiting processes to aid in employee retention, satisfaction, and readiness for company training.• Training and mentoring other JPIX Coordinators.• Building rapport with the regional and field managers to better support their inquiries and knowledge of employee onboarding statuses.• Built out candidate issue resolution processes and lines of communication references.• Clear data reporting of applicants, employees, and terminated employees.
