I completed my training with CTI, and am a certified life coach, CPCC, ACC. I am also a 500 RYT, with a focus on restorative and trauma-informed yoga, and love to incorporate mindful + somatic practices with my coaching clients. I am passionate about building sustainable businesses and workplaces for all, and am available as a speaker & facilitator to educate on mind-body practices to manage stress, increase connection and find more joy in life and work.My floral design company, Winston & Main, specializes in environmentally friendly + nature-inspired floral design & custom installations with a focus on brand activations, events, workshops, experiential & immersive florals, gifting and weddings. We believe in creating stylish, art-filled celebrations for everyone, are LGBTQ+ owned & inclusive, and seek to create designs + events just as fun and layered as the people & brands throwing them. We take sustainability seriously and work to use local flowers when possible, never use floral foam, and repurpose and donate our blooms to hospice, elders, and community organizations after every event. Before I launched my company in 2015, I worked for nearly 15 years in the film/television industry as a Costume Designer, Stylist, and Costumer. My favorite job ever? I was the Key Costumer on Parks & Recreation for 6 seasons, and had a blast dressing Leslie Knope and pals. Or that time I helped put Betty White in a cat sweatshirt for a Snickers commercial. Hard to decide.My other interests and inspirations include old things, gold things, cat cafes, beautiful light, books, bicycles, travel & learning new languages, my cute partner, and my furry + feathered family.
