• Ensure department performance objectives (inventory accuracy, cycle counts, inventory turns, return to stocks/RMA's, labor ratios) are achieved.• Oversight and management of inventory control and put-away teams with strong collaboration with Distribution and Production operations Manage the hiring, firing and maintenance of a diverse and effective workforce.
