Under our Sida-funded project, I manage our online learning programme workstream with the goal to provide high quality content to meet the needs of Southern women and men researchers. This includes managing many of our Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and self study modules, our online learning events, and trialing new learning formats. I also lead on INASP's programme communications.

I also coordinate INASP's communication platforms and create communications content.In a project management capacity I support IIED (through INASP) in their project to build a MOOC on the Knowledge of Pastoralism and managed the delivery of an online course for Education Sub-Saharan Africa.

I supported the planning and implementation of school businesses and education planning through the Enterprising Schools Network, Central America. As part of this, I regularly recruited and supported schools to participate in Tach A Man To Fish's School Enterprise Challenge and delivered school entrepreneurship workshops across Guatemala, Honduras, and Belize. I forecasted and managed my own budget to do this.I contributed to communication materials and the continued development of the Teach A Man To Fish model, participated in the collection of data for monitoring and evaluation, and supported consultancy and training projects or distance learning courses with partner organisations as required within Latin America.

The Civil Society Participation Programme (CSPP) aimed to increase the involvement of civil society organisations (CSOs) in governance reform processes, while developing their organizational capacity. Tasks included: data collection and analysis for monitoring and evaluation, assistance in writing of funding reports and the final project report, and various other programme-related tasks like partner coordination and setting up of workshops.

Intern in a small Canadian-Ecuadorian nonprofit. Expansion of a family garden and youth development project. Tasks included the conduction and evaluation of surveys in indigenous communities, presenting and discussing the youth development programme in 27 different community schools, developing and proposing the final programme in English and Spanish, as well as preparing the legal process of establishing Yachay Initiative as a recognized nonprofit in Ecuador.
