Sea Mar is the fourth largest Community Health Center in the nation and provides quality, comprehensive health and human services to the low-income minority communities of Washington. Sea Mar serves over 305,000 patients with over 1 million encounters annually, and is a $300 million organization with over 2,700 employees. Manage administration department to support executive management and special projects to ensure health center corporate functions are fulfilled. Oversee a seven person team in projects including agency wide events, employee communications, and daily tasks related to accounting, records management and employee hiring processes.Manage grant procurement to support a variety of Sea Mar activities, including capital projects as well as health care and arts/culture programs (Sea Mar Museum, Fiestas Patrias). Provide grant and contract oversight for a portfolio of over $35 million annually.Manage individual fundraising, corporate sponsorships, development communications, and implementation and database administration of Raiser's Edge. Oversight of $1.1million in annual event sponsorship procurement, with 56% growth in sponsorship funding over three years. Assist in maintaining Federally Qualified Health Center status through 340B quarterly registration, annual recertification of Sea Mar's Federal Tort Claims Act eligibility, changes in scope applications and overall federal grant management.Coordinate charity events including Golf Tournaments and Auctions that raise money to provide educational scholarships to farmer worker's children, holiday gifts to children, and low-income housing projects throughout Washington State. Each year over 500 individuals come together for a day of golf followed by a live and silent auction in Seattle and Yakima.
