I lead Slalom's PMAT CoE which includes inbound marketing, demand generation, marketing technology, campaign operations, and marketing insights. My team's designed to bring global demand generation, campaign operations, website management, and marketing insight strategies together to support the business. Areas of work includes templatizing global marketing strategies including paid digital and email, activating new trends and piloted strategies like ABM, maintaining a robust martech stack, building out our marketing insights engine, and acting as advisors of the customer journey. PMAT acts as a CoE to enable for both our global marketing team and the larger marketing community (local, regional, country).

Promoted to Solution Architect to help lead the development and execution of Customer Strategy and Marketing Operations offerings (MarTech, Agile Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations COE) and internal education for the Customer Engagement practice

I work as part of the customer experience team. My key focus is the development and optimization of data-driven marketing strategies, including assessing marketing maturity (people, process, technology) and integrating required technologies to build out their martech stack. I managed the Demand Generation and Sales Development teams and strategy. My key focus was creating a demand generation strategy that utilized a mix of tactics and tools to drive qualified leads to our Sales Development reps and, once qualified, the larger sales team. During my 6 months at D-Link, I have accelerated marketing-influenced pipeline and developed new processes to help move them to an automated marketing-led sales model. This included implementing Pardot, hiring the right personnel for marketing/sales and managing expectations for the global marketing team and the executives from Taiwan.

I led the demand operations piece of Alteryx's marketing team. My goal was to optimize the marketing-influenced funnel and analyze KPIs based on revenue generating activities and our existing tech stack. Day-to-day activities included managing our technology integrations, developing our account-based marketing programs and aligning marketing and sales efforts through program collaboration and analysis.

Created the demand generation strategy and built out a team to optimize the existing lead funnel, determine sales handoffs, create high performing campaigns, manage all marketing reports and implemented technologies.

I worked at Shoedazzle in customer service and then merchandising to help manage purchase orders, assist in merchandiser relationships, and analyze success of merchandising based on purchases.
