CurrentI lead Slalom's PMAT CoE which includes inbound marketing, demand generation, marketing technology, campaign operations, and marketing insights. My team's designed to bring global demand generation, campaign operations, website management, and marketing insight strategies together to support the business. Areas of work includes templatizing global marketing strategies including paid digital and email, activating new trends and piloted strategies like ABM, maintaining a robust martech stack, building out our marketing insights engine, and acting as advisors of the customer journey. PMAT acts as a CoE to enable for both our global marketing team and the larger marketing community (local, regional, country).
