- Provide strategic direction and oversight of funding campaigns and engagement strategies that have raised over USD 30,000 to cover 100% of the operating budget, including designing and developing plans to diversify revenue streams that involved the development of two manufacturing plants.- Develop, manage, and collaborate with a cross-functional team of five professionals and ten volunteers to help run nonprofits operations, analyzing and reporting the performance.- Develop and manage key relationships with two donors and eight strategic partners.- Develop and implement a social media awareness campaign working with five micro-influencers and two partners. The campaign increased the nonprofit's social media engagement and following by 60%.

-Created a grants management process for grants worth USD 75,000 that ensures the Centers for Youth Excellence in Uganda, Kenya, and Zambia directors understand funding requirements by delivering adequate post-award grant management training.-Gave administrative and procurement support for the yearlong web-based program, which included managing over 2,000 program participants from 106 developing countries and recruiting over 3000 youth leaders.- Supported an executive team of four and three country directors to ensure consistency and efficiency in the web-based and in-person country programs.

-Researched and curated research studies and writings on school leadership, specifically in underserved/ marginalized communities worldwide.- Conducted interviews with guest bloggers to be featured on the website and invite other bloggers, experts, or other notable guests to contribute content to the webpage.- Wrote, edited, and published content. Monitor responses to posts via the website to better understand the audience. - Stayed current on industry trends for possible opportunities to attract new readers or create more substantial, more engaging content.

- Assisted in the semester-long programming of the Changemaker Challenge by organizing three panels and two film screenings, recruiting eighteen judges, maintaining communication with two community partners, facilitating student collaboration, and maintaining the challenge website.- Developed strategic partnerships with campus and community partners to ensure lasting Hub impact.- Collaborated with the Marketing and Communications Student Fellow to create materials to promote the Challenge. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to the student fellow team of seven members.- Supported, co-designed, promoted, facilitated, and presented a variety of materials for impact education programs, including the Design Thinking Crash Courses, Changemaker Faculty fellows’ program, and the Changemaker Challenge.

- Strengthened existing relationships with customers and establish new relationships. Ensured customers were educated and informed of all new product offerings.- Boosted the company's customer service by developing systems and communication methods with clients.- Developed customized proposals and tenders for clients relevant to upcoming marketing campaigns and promotion needs.- Planned and executed the company's digital sales and marketing strategy by developing a monthly content calendar and analyzing and reporting data and metrics on the digital campaigns' success

- Negotiated best price and quality for marketing collateral and tracking inventory. Equipped all teams in the office and field to be brand ambassadors.- Represented the company in events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.- Conducted and consolidated market research through fieldwork with teams and different customer segments to improve USPs for content creation.-Built social media engagement with the Sistema.bio community on Facebook and Instagram. Analyzed social media engagement and other marketing activity KPIs as needed.

- Created and managed social media pages on Instagram and LinkedIn and increased social media following and engagement on Twitter and Facebook by 70%. Created text, graphic, and audio-visual content for the website and social media pages- Analyzed and documented the 2017-2019 program results of the yearlong web-based leadership program as well as social media and website traffic and engagement- Recruited over 3000 youth leaders from over 70 developing countries to join the leadership program and organized five local conferences and regional meetings that each had over 100 attendees in Kenya, Vietnam, Taiwan, Ghana, and Nigeria- Updated and maintained programs password-protected private website with over 100 members and public website with over 5,000 visitors
