Customer Service Process Enhancement & Project Lead Uk & Ire

My current role focuses upon process enhancements and identifying areas for improvement through system solutions and training across the UK + Ireland. One of my current projects involves evolving teams use of paper-based systems to digitalised methods by integrating current technology with newly acquired software, this required me to embed myself amongst teams to understand their current processes and decipher alongside their input, how using existing and new business software a new digital process could be developed. This project has involved significant travel to implement and train staff. Further projects include successfully leading the UK & Ire Customer Service team through the SAP ECC to S4 conversion which involved writing multiple test scripts and co-ordinating testing alongside writing new SOPs for changes with the new system that were used globally. Utilising my SAP skills and knowledge this has also been put the test integrating an online order system (Bendex) into SAP, my role involved process mapping initial processes and identifying how these can be improved, liaising with the IT team on development work with both the online ordering system and SAP, integration testing and training of employees and feeding / reporting to management on issues and customer usage. All the above projects entailed training and developing existing teams, collating, and modelling data in Power BI to report project progress to management. Concurrent responsibilities include induction and continuous training for the Fabrications Customer Service through modular based product training. Key Result Areas : Review and enhance internal processes and projects across sites, implementation and standardisation of paperless across plants, Standardise and develop the training across sites alongside develop a tracking system and material to support the training programme, Involvement in launching new systems which includes testing, roll out and staff training.
