Process invoices into payables system, contact vendors for credit invoices as needed, process weekly check run, assist with month end process

Receive employee time sheets, verify hours and input into payroll system. Receive and review employee per diem reports.

Assisted Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable as needed. Research customer deductions/short payments to verify if valid abd deny deductions to request payment if found not valid. Assist with month end financial reporting as needed.

Receive employee timesheets, verify and input into ADP Payroll system. Enter new hire, rehire and employee changes into ADP system. Process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and semi-monthly payrolls.

Run weekly report on vehicle inventlory and verify the vehicles in the system were the vehicles on the lot. Enter Vehicle information into inventory as new vehicles were delivered.
