As a cultural coach, my main priority is to focus on educating about our "Culture of Family." The educational initiatives also include modules on customer service, phone etiquette, and getting to a "yes" answer in every situation.

As the executive assistant I use a myriad of skills. I attend all Board of Directors meetings and operational meetings and take detailed minutes. I ensure that the company websites are up to date and I create new websites that we need. I maintain an excellent rapport with customers inside and outside our organization.
