Women of Worth was founded to empower and equip women to be influential and inspirational people in their community. From gender, cultural, and societal barriers, women sometimes are not given the opportunity to share their talents and gifts to their full potential. Women of Worth was developed to fill a gap and provide a platform for women to be free from these constraints and grow in their God-given abilities.

Living Stones School of Worship was founded to be a resource for the community and the local church and connect our students with like-minded mentors to aid them in their journey. Most worship schools are thousands of dollars and require an extensive time commitment. We wanted to provide real tools, teaching, and fundamentals for anyone in the community to be trained and to develop a spirit of excellence especially with worship leading. As a co-founder of this nonprofit, I have had the opportunity to help lead and develop this project from the ground up.

Responsible for managing and achieving sales goals and growing volume for Essilor premium branded products within the Central region which includes but not limited to Texas, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Illinois, Arkansas, Louisiana, Also responsible for acquisition and growth of eye care professionals' business and loyalty through the positioning and delivery of Essilor’s products, marketing strategies, consumer initiatives, service excellence and technical superiority. As a consultant to ECPs, I am able to foster professional business relationships with new and existing eye care professionals (Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Opticians) and lab personnel to ensure proper support and training of ECPs with our products.
