As co-founder of Express Permits, I am involved with many aspects of day-to-day operations, but my primary focus is on permit management and processing, customer service, and management.Express Permits is a full-service provider that can handle the entire permit process for our construction clients. Our mission is to make the process simpler, more efficient, and more cost-effective for our clients. By allowing us to manage the mundane task of permit management, our clients are able to focus on the more profitable tasks at hand. Because we focus on building relationships and understanding our clients’ needs and goals, we quickly become a trusted and indispensable partner. Our clients include a wide variety of companies in the construction industry, from small shops to large corporations, but most are national accounts. As a result, we can be confident that our services are excellent, prompt and knowledgeable virtually anywhere in the U.S.

Originally hired as an Administrative Assistant, I was promoted within a year to Assistant Production Administrator and then, just three months later, to Production Administrator. NVR is the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes, Fox Ridge Homes, and Heartland Homes, and it was there that I learned the nuances of construction permitting inside and out. My responsibilities included permit packet preparation, annual contractor registrations, construction costing, managing subcontractor correspondence, customer service, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.I was consistently ranked as a top performer, with my measurable goals rated as “above standard” or “excellent” and frequently out-performed expectations. On average, I handled more than 2000 invoices per month, or 60% of the division’s invoices and sales.

Having had many successes and accomplishments singing at regional churches and religious events, I began travelling the United States and promoting my career as a singer at larger venues. I performed at many large churches throughout the United States, and sang the National Anthem for many major sports teams and others. I was also offered an opportunity to tour with a world-renown multiple-time-Dove-Award-nominee gospel group. I also worked as extras in several commercials, including a Nike commercial featuring LeBron James.
