• The full-time position at Southcliff that I hold can be broken down into three areas, Single Adult Minister, Publicity and Marketing Coordinator, and IT Director• Role as Single Adult Minister includes but is not limited to:o Singles group grew over 80 in less than 2 years and an age range of 21-54o Equipped over 35 adults as leaders in groupo Created 9 Sunday School classes and 12 in-home, weekly Bible Studies o Started adult discipleship plan that focused on creating fully devoted followers of Christ. At least 30 adults have gone through the program producing leaders for Southcliff.o Mentored 7 adults over past 2 years for multiple weeks at a time. Developed curriculum to use as a mentor-mentee discipleship plan.• Role in publicity and marketing includes but is not limited to:o Branding guidelines for all printed and electronic forms of communication, creation of new website www.southcliff.com as of 10/1/2010, new logo selection and implementation, upgrade of communication software and hardware, design oversight of all printed materials and video elements including bulk mail publicity to over 30,000 homes.• Role as IT Director includes but is not limited to:o Purchasing and maintaining all computers, server maintenance and support, network expansion and integration, online campus pastor, live video streaming implementation, general software integration and development, security camera support, HVAC software support, audio and video equipment purchased, and other technology needs as required.• Church has 3,000 members with 1,100 in attendance during 2 Sunday morning worship services • Reason for seeking new employment: Seeking a full time adult discipleship, administration, or education position.

• Served as intern for single adults ages 20-55 • Singles ages 20-29 grew from 50 weekly to approximately 100 weekly• Leadership team more than doubled within one year• Overall Singles Department averaged 230 per week • Shandon’s membership is over 10,000 and averaged 2,800 on a Sunday morning with 3 Worship times• Reasons for Leaving: Starting Southwestern Seminary in Spring 2007 full-time

• Worked directly for the pastor while attending school full-time• Grew a college and singles ministry from 3 to 23 in my two years of service• Oak Harbor Community had a membership of 150 and an average attendance of 80 on Sunday mornings• Reasons for Leaving: Move to Columbia, SC to be with family after graduation

• Offered training to SBC churches in need of Sunday School training

• Assisted the minister of education with weekly task and discipleship training• New Providence Baptist Church had a membership of 2,000 and an average attendance of 900 on Sunday mornings• Reasons for Leaving: Move to Ohio to transfer schools
