Sales Executive
Current- Responsible for new business development while maintaining and expanding ongoing relationships with a client base of over 300 retailers nationwide
- Evaluate and analyze existing and prospective clients businesses and make recommendations for business processes, identify additional sales opportunities and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Manage the entire life cycle of account starting with lead stage, sale, implementation planning, installation and ongoing support
- Responsible for the entire suite of Inventory control, CRM and eCommerce products and services from the CAM Commerce division including Retail STAR Point of Sale, integrated eCommerce (iSTAR) and new SaaS product.
