Lead Software Engineer
Current• Overseeing and managing product development and the release process.• Oversight and participation in the design of new products or determining better more efficient methods of coding in the engineering process. • Having open and positive communications with clients and colleagues.• Executing corporate objectives by planning and completing projects on a timely basis in a professional manner.• Assisting in the Quality Assurance Testing of the software products.• Assisting with the process of reviewing and determining which suggestions for enhancements to RiskPartner and ancillary products.• Participating in developing and executing a strong marketing effort.• Maintaining product quality by following the specifications and policies set out by the Management Team.• Assisting with the research of opportunities and elimination of problems; designing and executing programs and processes.• Assisting with the development of new or improved products and ideas that can push RsikPartner to becoming a leading software developer.• Assisting Sales by providing technical assistance in the sales process.• Coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures set out by the Management Team.
