My responsibilities include assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace , oversee operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done , on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contracts with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Develop and implement quality control programs.Manage the purchase of building materials .Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.
