Senior Enrollment Advisor
Current● Support the continued development of clients’ academic programs and service offerings, promoting consistent communication, needs assessment, and data analysis to distribute effective solutions● Develop and lead all presentations and corporation-wide activities for clients, designing engaging content and activities that provide value-added impact and meaningful process improvements based on clients’ needs and existing operating frameworks● Maximize deliverable performance and goal achievement for clients’ and individuals’ enrolled in services as the central point of contact concerning products offered and contractual agreements with clients to proactively address and resolve any issues● Promote the on time and within budget performance of clients’ and enrolled individuals’ deliverables and goals, consistently meeting and exceeding internal/external expectations ● Promote timely and continuous communication with current and prospective program participants virtually and in person to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and revenue generation● Execute new employee training, for 4+ individuals and ensuring individuals’ understanding of organizational policies and professional expectations
